I hereby request that my civilian pilot's licence

lo. 155 may be extended for a further 6 months from the dete

57 expiry 12.6.20. and that the addition of Curtiss Flying

Boats Seagull and H.16 may be added to the list of types of

iroraft referred to in page 2 of the licence.

I am arranging with the Government here to hold

edical Board for me and I should respectfully suggest that

bin may be done here regularly to allow various pilots to be

aned with British Civilian licences by the Government here.
